Promote cultural competency amongst student-athletes through providing informative education on diversity and inclusion topics.

Connect our student-athletes to supportive resources on campus and in the community to assure an inclusive experience.
Celebrate
Activate different media campaigns to acknowledge and reflect on LSU Athletics’ rich and diverse history.
"Through our platforms, we always want to strive to promote a culture where racism and inequality are not tolerated. It's about hearing and engaging, and being diligent in our efforts. As a community we can be the change, we will be the change."
Ways to get Involved
Black Student-Athlete Summit
The goal of the Summit is to empower Black Student-Athletes to maximize their college experience by killin’ it in the classroom and to not leave “any meat on the bone” in terms of opportunities. Professional staff who attend the Summit are empowered to go back to their campuses and create innovative initiatives to ensure that Black Student-Athletes are competitive in the global workforce upon graduation.
Athletics Culture and Engagement Council
We are committed to cultivating an inclusive environment for our coaches, staff, student-athletes, and community. We are continuously working to advance engagement by creating programs and initiatives that promote and uplift those who have been and continue to be marginalized.
Black Student-Athlete Association
A safe space and advocacy channel for Black-identifying student-athletes at LSU. We organize to support the full identities and voices of Black student-athletes, to positively impact our community, promote inclusivity in athletics, collaborate with like-minded campus organizations, and help educate and spread awareness on topics related to social and racial injustice.
